Bri Baked This is the work of Brianna Gagnon, a self-taught cookie and cake decorator based out of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Brianna began decorating cookies in her parents' New Jersey kitchen in 2013, never imagining it would become anything more than a hobby. Since then, she has been able to work in all areas of the food industry, from mom and pop bakeries to a high-volume chocolate factory. Every baked good is a unique treat just for you -  made and decorated with love and care, and not a single detail spared.

When Brianna isn't in the kitchen, you can find her on roller skates at the local skate park, combing through thrift stores, and petting every dog she sees.
