Q: How far ahead of time do I need to order cookies?

A: We request at least 2 weeks lead time for all cookie orders. However, this lead time does not guarantee there is availability for your chosen date. To ensure we are available, order as soon as possible!

Q: Is there an order minimum?

A: Our minimum order for cookies is one dozen (12).

Q: Where are you located? 

A: Baking is done in Collegeville, PA. Cookies are available for local pickup and drop off. Delivery services are also available in some parts of Bucks County PA as well as Mercer County NJ. For specific area inquries, send us a message via the contact page.

Q: Do you ship?

A: Yes! Cookies are shipped via USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the United States. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost which will be calculated at time of shipment. Though we have mastered safely packing cookies to ship, accidents still can happen in transit. Bri Baked This is not responsible cookies broken in transit and there are no refunds for shipping damage.

Q: Why are cookies so expensive?

A:  Every cookie is a tiny masterpiece, painstakingly cut, frosted, and detailed by hand. Not only are they pretty, but they're pretty darn tasty too and made with real, high quality ingredients!
